In outlook 2002, is there a way to streamline sending a
new letter to a contact? If I use the same couple of
formats over and over, isn't there a way to avoid the
endless clciks, click, clicks of the wizard?
Also, I use two different sizes of paper, 8.5 x 11 and 5.5
x 8.5: is there a way to have two different templates, one
for the large size, the other for small size? Thanks for
any help you can give!!

You can save a few steps by saving your merge document and reusing it as an
"existing document" for a merge started from the Contacts Folder. More
