I setup a new computer and tranfered the files and settings to the new
Machine.  Old Machine had Outlook 2000.  New machine has 2003.  All other
members in the office can still use the form.  however, the new machine will
display the below message 2 times - one on top of the other - and then once
cleared will open a blank form.  Any ideas???

Could not load object because it is not available on this machine...

Are/were there any addins loaded on the old machine that aren't present on
the new one?

What would constitute an Addin?  I have the old machine setup for reference.

It sounds like that form includes a control that is not available on the new machines. You'll want to look at the form design to determine what that might be.

Thank you for the response.  I will do that, but does it make sense that
others in the office with the same opsys and Outlook version don't have the
problem?

It's certainly possible if (a) the missing component is not part of Outlook or (b) different settings were used for the installation on each machine.

I work with CMK2112 and would like to give some more details as we are still
experiencing this problem.

The add-ins have not changed as the old computer was running outlook 2003
just like this one. I chose "complete install" when installing office 2003
professional.

I have cleared the cache and even went into the folder and deleted the
cached forms and other cache files. I cannot determine from logs or event
viewer, what the actual problem is.

This happens with and without the office updates. I just installed a new pc
for a user and this is happening again. I've put add-ins in, and taken them
away. I've been hacking at this problem for over a week now, and have done
quite a bit of reading on newsgroups, microsoft, and google. No progress has
been made.

I will get "Could not load an object because it is not available on this
machine" That is the only error. The contact will then open, with the custom
form there, but all of the fields are empty.

What else can an admin do?
