No. It works for everyone else. You'd need to post detailed information for
us to figure out what you're doing wrong.

To insert the distribution list, in the e-mail message, I go to Insert ->
Item. Then I navigate to the distribution list in my Contacts folder, and
insert it as an attachment. I have done this procedure in both RTF and HTML
format. When the users get it on their end, all that they see is an attached
e-mail message (not a Contact item), and when they open the attachment, it
opens as an empty e-mail message.
I have had them send me a distribution list as well, but I get the same thing.
I have tested this with internal users and a couple of external users (not
at the site above), and they are able to open the distribution list just fine.

I've never seen this fail. I wonder if some of these users might be marked
to have their messages sent in plain text only? Worth checking into.
