Unfortunately you can't alter the built-in print styles. You might want to
do a mail merge with Word instead, and then print from Word. See

Does this mean there is an ERROR in the program that omitts these lables?

It's not an error if the program was never programmed to print those labels.
If you want to make a suggestion to Microsoft to include the labels in a
future version of Outlook, go to the Office discussion groups at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx, then post a new
message as a suggestion to Microsoft. It *will* be read by the Office
Product Team.

Why not use a Word mail merge to create the output you want in exactly the format you want?
