Without having a fixed IP address how can I configure for sending e-mails
internal and external together using exchange server without  selecting
specific account from the account option of outlook 2003.

Sorry - your question is completely confusing, unclear, and lacks any
details anyone could use to assist you.

1.  Are you asking how to send using Outlook or Exchange?
2.  If Exchange, how do you have Exchange configured?
3.  Are you asking about separate sending ACCOUNTS?
4.  If yes to the above, how are your accounts configured (POP3, IMAP,
Exchange, HTTP?)
5.  What does a fixed IP have to do with anything except #2?

Finally, whevever you post to a news group with a question about an issue, a
brief description is always required, such as your version of Outlook and/or
Exchange.
