Hi, there,
I just migrate all my client to new domain, so need rebuild the new profile
and outlook system, I hv successfully export and import all the mails,
however, I found I lost the user address book, when I try to click the
address book icon on the tool bar, and err msg said this feature was deleted
or removed, how can I retrieve back the address book in the old outlook
system.

Thanks in advance

Outlook has not used the Personal Address book for several iterations.  If
you have the users' contacts folders intact, all you need to do is to add
the Outlook Address Book service from Tools->Options->Mail Setup->Email
Accounts->Directories->Add.

Hello there:  did you solve this problem.  I seem to have the same problem.
Everythings gets transferred, including the individual contacts.  However,
the groups contacts do not transfer.  I wonder why?

Hi,
First of all, pls check whether your contact folder is intact after the pst
file import(there is email address in this folder). pls right click the
contacts folder in folder list (just below the calendar folder), and select
properties, on outlook address book tap, ensure "show this folder as email
address book" is checked.
2ndly, check the address book opiton in the following way:
1. Click the address book icon from tool bar
2.  in the popup the address book window, Tool----options, check the
addressing sequence meet ur outlook seting.
3. If still can not find solution, pls refer back to previouse configuration
if possible.(such as other pc configuration)

Hope it can help.

Because importing and exporting don't handle DLs well.  However, no import
or export is required.  Just open the second PST (FIle>Open>Outlook Data
File) and drag the DLs from one contacts folder to the other.
