How do I convert the Contacts created in Outlook 2003 into Outlook Express?

I think if you export your contacts to a CSV file using the File menu >
Import & Export command you can then import into them into OE.

In addition to Vince's advice, you can tell Outlook Express to use Outlook's
Contacts folder, if you wish.  Then no exporting is required.

but it leads to other problems and requires the user to keep outlook
updated. If the user is switching to OE, exporting is a much better option.
If they are using both programs (for any number of reasons) then sharing the
contacts is better.
