I am trying to export my outlook contacts (just name and company) to an excel
file. When I do this, all my contacts get messed up--they are out of order,
and there is no space between first and last name. Is there any way to avoid
this?

Rather than export, create a custom view with the name and company fields
and copy and paste into Excel.
