Hello,

I have been frustratingly trying to find out how to import import contacts
from an outlook .pst file into the address book (public or individual user)
in OWA (web access). If someone could point me in the right direction on how
to do this step by step, I would greatly appreciate it. I am not too familiar
with Exchange. I am using SBS 2003 standard edition with approximately 15
users.

Thanks in advance.

If you have Outlook with a PST file containing data and you want to get that
data into Exchange (OWA is just a web interface into Exchange), then connect
Outlook up to Exchange by adding the Exchange account and then opening the
PST as well.  Drag the items in the PST's Contacts folder(s) to the Exchange
account's Contacts folder(s) and then OWA will be able to see them as well.
If you do not have Outlook on the PC but you do have a PST, there's no way
to accomplish it because OWA has no connection to your local machine (except
to add and save attachments).
