Help with Contacts in Outlook 2003

Hi,

I have a user that has duplicated alot of his contacts by syncing with a
Pocket PC. I know that Duplicate Remover will remove the duplicates,
however I also noticed that some of his contacts are filed as just the full
name not company name and full name.

Is there anyway to Outlook go through his contacts folder and file all as
company name (first name, last name)?

What is the best way to go through more than a few hundred duplicates to
remove them?

Diane,

Thank you. This is exactly what I needed.

I do have one more question. How do I set this code to File as where the
company name is on the top line and the contact name is on the second line.
The file as in Outlook looks like "CompanyName (FirstName LastName)"
