Addressbook.... - 13 Sep 2005 02:35 GMT
I need help accessing my address book.  Everytime I try to access either the
"address book", "to", "cc" button my computer and program crashes.  Never
encountered this problem within two years of operation.  What does this mean
and how can I remedy this problem?  Thank you....

See if this helps: Go to Tools | Email Accounts, choose View or change
existing directories or address book. Remove it and close then restart
Outlook and repeat these steps to add it.
