I.E. I dont like capital letters and it always changes the names into Capital
Style on first and last names. Also, it enters an area code for me that is
not correct for my area. How do I change that? Also, the address always is
automatically set on business and I have to change it to Home. I dont run a
business, dont need business address as an option. In short, where are all
these defaults set from???

1)  For the capitalization, go to Tools | Options | Spelling tab, click
AutoCorrect Options, and clear the checkbox for Correct Two Initial Capitals
(and change whatever else you don't like).

2)  The area code is set in your Windows dialing properties.  Go to Control
Panel and click Phone and Modem Options, then on the Dialing Rules tab, edit
the current location with your correct area code.  (Depending on your Windows
version you might have different commands -- go to Windows Help and search on
"area code".)

3)  As far as I know, the default address is always Business and it's
hard-coded that way.  Outlook is designed to be a business application even
though it is used by many people for personal stuff as well.
