ok so one of our computers here will not let us tick the
box (^) to allow the contacts folder be shown in the
address book.

you know right click > properties > outlook address book

on all machines its fine to tick and untick, but this one
nope, its graded out so you cant tick it.

does anybody have any idea of what has caused this problem
or how to solve it?

any info would be much appreciated.
