This is either impossible or pretty simple and I'm just missing it.  We
recently installed SBS 2K3 with Exchange 2003 server in an organization.  I
copied their Contact Pool to a public folder on exchange server and then
clicked display as address book from the folder properties page.  Although
the folder displays as an address book just fine, when I click the Contacts
Navigation Pane in outlook for any client it does NOT appear and their does
not appear to be a way to add it.  We would really like this functionality
because of the different ordering it allows....  So How do I do this?

It's pretty simple. Drag the folder to Public Folders\Favorites.
