I'm using 2003.
I enter an appointment into my calendar and link it to a contact in a public
folder, great.
However, when I open the contact in the public folder and click the
Activities tab I get the message "Outlook Cannot Display This View - The
Contacts older Could Not Be Found" - please help - it did work and I don't
know what I'm doing wrong. The only thing I've done since is to cut and
paste some contacts from a personal folder.
Thanks v. much
Anita
In the Properties dialog for the public folder, you may need to create a new activities group to point to the folder you want to display.
