We are trying to use a third-party software to fax through outlook, but we can't figure out how to make it not add the +1 in front of the area codes we are in. How do you suprress that number? The format of the number in Outlook is not in play. Dialing rules control how a number is dialed, and the country code is necessary to invoke dialing rules in all Windows Fax products.
