Sending new message in outlook

My client has a palm pilot that he synchs with outlook.  Recently when
sending a new message, he has been getting a message that a program is trying
to access his outlook address book, and should he give permission.  He says
this has happened when he has synched up and he gives permission to allow the
synch; what could be happening now.  the message also warns of possible
virus.  Scans and ad-aware have run clean.

Did this client recently install Adobe Acrobat?  The PDFMaker portion causes
this message when composing.  See if this helps:
