I keep getting a prompt for a Network password on a dial up

I have a dial up modem POP and recently purchased a new computer. I am
trying to set up my Outlook 2003, while I'm connected and after I hit
"Send/Receive" I get a prompt to enter a Network Password, when I hit cancel,
or OK, either way it stops my send/receive.
