Password protect contact file

How do I password protect a specific contact within Outlook? I can't find
this on the site anywhere.

You can't protect single records. If you're using a Personal Folder File
(PST) you can protect the whole file. If you're using an Exchange server
mailbox you can set the permissions on the folder level
