How do I access my hotmail contacts through Office Outlook?

I can view my hotmail account through Office Outlook 2003 just fine. But if
I want to send a message to someone from my hotmail contacts I can't. How do
I import or access my hotmail contacts through Office Outlook 2003? It
seems, seeing that both of these are Microsoft products, that this should be
an obvious option.

Export them into Outlook Express and then from there you can export/import
the .csv file in Outlook Express into Outlook.
