Remove a duplicate contact list name from the adress book dialogue

From the Outlook 2000 Address Book Dialogue I can see two "Contacts" address
list names displayed.  Only one is actually populated with contacts data so I
just want to delete the other.  When clicking on the other, I get an error:

"The address list could not be displayed.  The contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened;  it may have been moved or
deleted, or you do not have permissions."

Can I delete this duplicate named folder or is it an artifact I just have to
live with?

If you're using OL2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode you may be able to remove
the bad entry here: Tools menu > Services > Highlight Outlook Address Book >
Click Properties.

After deleting an errant Personal Folders entry in the Properties dialogue as
you described, I quit/restarted Outlook and the duplicate Contact List name
was indeed removed from the Outlook Address Book Dialogue.  Thanks!

You can delete it here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.

Never mind. This only applies to the currently supported versions of
Outlook. Use the path Vince posted for Corp/Workgroup mode. For Internet
Mail Only mode, you cannot fix this.

Delete them all, stop and restart Outlook, then right-click your Contacts
folder, choose Properties, select the Outlook Address Book tab and check the
box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book".  CLick CLose, then
OK.  Your address book should work now.
