MS Office Outlook 2003 suggestion.

Creating Distribution lists can be quite a job if you have a lot of
contacts. You have to walk through the whole list of contacts to tag the ones
you want added.
If you use Categories (intelligently), it would be very handy to be able to
right-click on the specific Category, or select contacts with control- OR
shift-left click and then right click to create a distribution list.
The other way around would be: File - New - Distribution List (or
ctrl-shft-L) and than be able to select from a Categories view.

Cheers,

Ernest.

P.s. this might be handy too regarding the Contacts views "By Company" and
"By Location"

Probably won't happen. DL's have been deprecated and hardly function at all.
The reason is that Categories have largely replaced the need for DL's.
Why don't you use Categories instead of DL's?

Perhaps a dumb question, but how can I select (from) Categories when trying
to insert Message Recipients (in New Message, Reply, Reply to All or Forward)?

-AND/OR-

Can I give a command "Send e-mail to" Category OR selected contacts in
Category when in Contacts, Category view?
