How can I merge multiple contact lists into one?

In Outlook 2003 I have multiple contact lists from previous jobs, etc.  I
would like to merge them into a single contact list.  Some contacts are
duplicated in the various lists and would need to be updated as the merge
occurs.

Open each PST in Outlook and drag-and-drop from the various Contacts folders
into the one you want.
