Someone sent me a distribution list via Email (Outlook).  I currently have
the distribution list in my contacts however not all of the names are in MY
copy of the distribution list.  Is there a way to save the contacts listed
within the distribution list to my Outlook?
Do I need to save the entire distribution list?  If I do, will it overwrite
the one currently in my Contacts?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.

There is no way to save the individual members of a DL directly to your
Contacts Folder. The best you could do is save the DL as a txt file, make
sure the fields are clearly labeled, then import that file as a Tab or Comma
separated file into your Contacts Folder.
