How to transfer .pst files?

I transfered all my old .pst files from old computer into new Outlook, thanx
to everyones help. Now my huge list of contacts is unuseable in my personal
folder. Anyway to transfer them to 'My contacts" without having to switch to
another personal folder?

Explain what you did clearly.
Explain why your Contacts are "unusable."
Explain what "My Contacts" is.
