I am trying to highlight everything in the Contacts and  send them as vCard.
This is part of process, which involves importing Contacts to Lotus Notes'
Address Book.  Somehow there is no menu under Actions to select 'Forward as
vCard'.  I have searched in Microsoft, and it states that I should go File
then 'Export to vCard File' or 'Forward'.  I do not see either of these
selections.  Please assist me in completing this task.  I appreciate your
feedback from the Outlook gurus.

What version of Outlook are you using? You can only save one contact at a
time though in the versions that do support vCards but you can forward more
than one at a time.

OK, in that case my advice is applicable. You can only save one at a time
but forward in batches.

Hi Vince,

I will proceed with 'forward' if I can find the selection under Action menu
or File menu.  The user cannot locate this selection as I have posted
originally.  I have installed Outlook 2003 and created two contacts to
duplicate the user's experience.  I can not find the selection.  Am I
supposed to install added feature, so that I could have this selection?
Please advise.  Thank you.

Hmmm, I didn't install anything special. Do you have full menus turned on?

I did check the 'Always show full menus', but it did not provide me with the
selections that we have been talking about.  BTW, I did close Outlook & tried
it again as well.

What shows on your Actions menu when you're in the Contacts folder?

New Contact, New Distribution List, Call Contact, are enabled. If the two
contacts that I have created in the Contact are selected, New Task for
Contact, and New Journal Entry for Contact becomes enabled. The other grayed
out items are New Contact from Same Company, Link, Call Using NetMeeting, and
Follow Up...

Hi Brian,

I may have to restate my previous statement.  No, I do have the BCM, but I
did not install this.  I have tried to do complete install of Outlook 2003
this morning using the Enterprise Edition 2003.  My thinking was that perhaps
I may have missed something with default installation.  It appears the same
still....
