In Outlook 2000 Premium, all my contacts were in the main Contacts folder.
Now I want to sort them into Folders. With Folders and Groups checked, I
created my first new folder but decided to delete it and start over.  Now
Folders does not appear in the dropdown menu at all.  I reinstalled the
software but to no avail. Can anyone help me?

Sort them how?  With what window displayed?  In what mode is OL 2000
installed, IMO or CW?  Help>About will tell you.

Checked where?  What dropdown?
