MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / September 2005Folders dropdown disappeared
In Outlook 2000 Premium, all my contacts were in the main Contacts folder. Now I want to sort them into Folders. With Folders and Groups checked, I created my first new folder but decided to delete it and start over. Now Folders does not appear in the dropdown menu at all.
