I synchronize outlook with my blackberry, however my contact database seem to
be corrupt. It looks good but when it trasfers to my blackberry, many of the
contacts have phone numbers and no names.
Blackberry help have done all can and have finally suggested that I look
into creating a new profile for my database. Apparently this has happened to
others as well.
Is this likely the problem and if so, how can it be changed?
