when I am trying to address an envelope and I use the Outlook Address Book feature it does not pull the Company Name from the contact. Any ideas? Not really. You provided no information. Like Outlook/Word versions and the steps you are using. There is a lot of information out there. Modifying AddressLayout in Word 2002 will apply only to addresses inserted into a document, but not to Envelopes or Labels.
