Use the Insert Address button. If it is not on your Toolbar, you can place
it there.

Russ,
The Insert Address button is not on my toolbar. In Outlook I looked for this
button: Customize toolbars, Commands, and looked thru all commands but did
not find the Insert Address button.
Am I looking in the wrong place?

Yes, you are looking in the wrong place. You said you wanted to insert
addresses in Word.
Accordingly, you'll find that option in Word.

Thank you.

This does work great but only for my contacts, not contacts that someone is
sharing with me. Anyone know of a way to use this Address tool to pick from
a contact list that someone shares with me?

Shared how?
You can pick from any folder that you've enabled as an email address book in
your profile.
