I created a dist list and it will not work. Wghen I press send it cannot find
my list name in the address book at work. It is not looking to my outloo. i
need to know how to set it up?

Any DL you create in a folder that is enabled as an email address book will
appear in the Outlook Address Book view.
State more clearly what you did.
