I have created new contact groups in Office Outlook 2003 and when entering
email addresses that are already stored in other groups, the 'email' address
field and 'display as' field shows nothing. In some cases only the contact
name shows in the email address field. What can i do to fix this problem?

Contact groups?
Clarify your question.
You should be adding members to DL's that reside in your Contact Folders.
