Saving Outlook Contacts

How do I save my Outlook Contacts and Data?  I would like
to be able to save my Outlook Data on a different drive or
folder as a back-up.

PLEASE HELP  :-)

Unless you are running against Exchange Server, the file you need to back up
is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar,
contacts etc are stored.
