For some reason, I can't just right-click an email address on a message and
have it saved directly to a PAB in Outook 2003.  I used to be able to select
this option in prior versions.

Every time I right click an email address, the only option I get is to save
it as an Outlook contact.

As it should be. No one has used a PAB for years. Nor should you. PAB's were
replaced by the Outlook Address Book 6 years ago.
