I am trying to merge a .pst file from Outlook 2003 (sp1) to Outlook 2002 (sp3).
Getting a message that "Outlook.pst is not compatiblewith this version of
the Personal Folders information service". Is that possible or am I doing
something wrong?

Thanks

I'd say you're doing something wrong, but it's hard to know since we have no
idea what you are doing.
PST files from Outlook 2003 can only be opened in Outlook 2003 if that gets
you started.
