MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / November 2005sending Contact Distribution Lists to others
I have 4 Distribution Lists in my Outlook Address Book that I need to email out to several others on a committee with me on a monthly basis. Any suggestions on how I can best do this? Some info: I don't think the rest of the committee members have Outlook, as I do. There are anywhere from 20 to 50 contacts in the 4 Distribution Lists that I am dealing with. thanks, Ron I'd probably use dynamic dl's then create a view with just the addresses and copy. I guess you are suggesting I create a custom view to assist me in copy & pasting these emails into the body of an email?? You lose me there. Could you say a few more words on this?
