We have several different lists we need to keep updated. I believe outlook
could do this for us if we categorize each client, but we need to be able to
do mailings both e-mail and U.S. mail.
Your options are using Categories or separate Contact subfolders. There are
advantages and disadvantages to each. Read a comparison here:
