When I follow the procedure Microsoft provides I get the first name and last
name but most of the fields do not transfer.  What am I doing wrong?

I am using Office XP Professional 2002 version and Sidekick 99.

What format are you using to export from Sidekick?

Vince,

I am using ASSII tab-delimited (*.txt).

I think maybe my problem is I don't know how to coordinate Outlook fields to
Sidekick fields.

Thanks.

Earl

Does field mapping come up while you're trying to import?
