I'm using Outlook 2003 and SBS2003 with Exchange. I have a program that
created public contact/calendar folders for my office to use. My Palm Treo,
however, only synchronizes with my personal calendar/contacts. I'd like a
way to automatically copy all entries from the public contact and calendar
folders to my personal contact and calendar folders, automatically. Are
there any recommended solutions?

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm#exssync for possible solutions.
