Brian Tillman gave an answer here on this forum that I can not find again. He
gave the best answer on how to back up/save the contact info and move them to
another computer. His first advise was to Copy pst's only when Outlook is
closed.

My question, how and where on the computer do I find the right .pst file to
copy unto my cd?

Normally they're in the C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook directory
