Move Outlook addresses to Outlook Express?

I've formatted my contacts list in Outlook as a .pal but when I go to Outlook
Express to import it, there's no "Microsoft Exchange Personal Address List"
to select from in the address book import tool. Am I overlooking something?

Can you export your Contacts folder as a Comma Seperated Values (CSV) file
for import into OE?
