How do I Add my Outlook contacts to web outlook?

Hello
at home I use Outlook 2003 to send a recive my emails which are all on an
exchange server. When I am in an office I use web outlook is it possible to
syscronize all my outlook 2003 contacts I have on my home PC with the
contacts file on Web outlook?
if so how

I don't think the web view allows for importing. Do you access your whole
mailbox while at home or are you just downloading mail from it into a PST at
home?
