How do I copy the entire contacts folder from outlook 2003 to outlook 2000. When exporting it does not copy e mail address's. Thanks for the help. What part of my post did you not understand? Thanks for the help. 1. Create a PST file in Outlook 97-2002 format: File > New > Outlook Data File. 2. Copy your Contacts folder into that file. 3. Close Outlook and copy that file to the computer with Outlook 2000. 4.
