Hello,

I need to send cards to over 2000 people I have in my outlook contacts.  I'm
sure some of the information needs updating.  I'd like to send them a
request to get the updated information and automatically put it in my
contacts or be able to review it before putting it in.  I purchased mapilabs
actual contacts but couldn't get it to work right.  I've been trying to get
some tech support on it for over a week but haven't gotten a response yet.
If you know of another product we should get or what I'm doing wrong I would
appreciate the help.  We need to get the updates out right away so we can't
wait for Mapilabs to get back to us if they are still in business.  We've
sent a test form from actual contacts - we receive it we fill out the
updated information and when we get it back is just sits there even though
we say to auto update the information.  We even tried to process the
information but the contact remains the same in our contacts folder.

Thanks!!!

Hello,

We need to send out  cards to over 2000 contacts. We'd like to use your
product to verify their addresses.

When we sent out a test message to a contact, it came back as an ATT - we
don't know what to do with an ATT - is there a way to get it back as a VCF?
Can we send out the fields to them as we currently have them and let them
modify them and get them back as a VCF?

How do we select certain people out of our contacts? Currently if I click on
the button is says all of my contacts. 2019, if I select unfiltered it only
lists ONE contact? Not sure how to get all 2019 and unselect just a few from
the list. It would be great if I could just go to my contacts, select all -
right click and there would be a button from update contacts.

Thanks

Thanks - I'll send that to you.  They have created a new version of the
software that takes care of the sending issue - now I just need the process
of the receiving patched.

Issue resolved - e-mail replies needed to be in my personal folders inbox -
not my imap inbox.
