form printing in outlook

i have created a form in Outlook but when I print out the form it is produced
in the the wrong order. It comes out in the "All fields" order. How can I get
it to printout in the Form Order?

HELP!!!

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm for various solutions to the limitation that Outlook forms don't support WYSIWYG printing. The Word template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
