Need to repopulate address book

I had to re-do my computer because it crashed.  My son backed up all the
files and reinstalled them.  My addresses were intact, but are only available
from Contacts.  I'd like to repopulate my address book, but don't know how.

I'm using WinXP with the latest updates, and MS Office 2000.

You need to be more specific about your version: Internet Mail Only or
Corp/Workgroup.
If you don't know, look at line 2 of Help | About.
