How do I remove extra contact folders?

I have a few things going on, but they all revolve around Contact folders. My
address book has the box checked that says "Show this as an e-mail address
book", but the address book is empty. When I click on "To" in a new email, I
have three "Contacts" folders to choose from. One of them is empty, the next
gives a message that says the Contacts folder could not be opened, and the
third is the Contacts folder that has my contacts.

Is there a way to remove the other two Contacts folders? Only one of the
three Contacts folders shows up in the dialogue pane on the left of Outlook
2003 (which happens to be the one with my contact info).

Also, if I do a search for Outlook.pst folders, I get one that shows up in
"My Documents" and one that shows up in "Documents and Settings". The one in
"My Documents" is a larger file size.

Thanks

You can get rid of the extras here: Tools menu > Email accounts >
View/Change existing address books/directories > Click Next > Highlight
Outlook Address Book > Click Change

Check the modification dates on the Outlook.PST files. The only with the
current mod date is most likely the one you're using now.
