I have combined the contacts of several colleagues into a public folder and
now need to export the contacts to excel. The 'Import and Export' wizard
does not provide me access to the public folder even though I created it am
the owner and have full permission rights. I understand that a workaround is
to copy the public folder or selected contacts to a new personal folder where
I can use the Export wizard. However, this seems cumbersome as the public
folder will be continuously updated with new contacts.
There must be a way to export directly from a public folder. Suggestions?

The only other option is to use custom code or a third-party tool. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm
