Can't make Office XP addressbook sort by last name (Contacts window IS sorted by last name) You should be able to change that here: Tools menu > Email accounts > View/Change existing address books > Click Next > Highlight Outlook Address Book > Click Change > Can't make Office XP addressbook sort by last name (Contacts window IS > sorted > by last name) Excellent - thanks Vince...
