Within Contacts, distribution lists are identified by a 'double head' icon.
But I have many contacts and only a few distribution lists.
Can I set up a view so that I can review and maintain my distribution lists?

You can setup a view that filters items to show only those that are of
message class "IPM.DistList". You can create a new view here while in the
Contacts folder: View menu > Arrange By > Current View > Define Views
- Choose a view to start with
- Click Copy
- Give the view a name
- Click Filter
- Choose Advanced tab
- Click Fields
- Choose All Distribution List fields
- Choose Message Class
- Set Condition to "is (exactly)"
- Set Value to IPM.DistList
- Click "Add to List"
- Click OK
- Click OK
- Click "Apply View"

See if that helps

Thankyou; yes, this does exactly what I asked for.
